The client asked me to create a contemporary bar mitzvah invitation based on their son’s love of modern art. That was a great jumping off point for a clean yet elegant invitation. We started with an image of the Broad Museum’s iconic building and used it for the custom envelope, then all of the other elements were bold solid color panels. The service portion of the invitation was printed on the front and the celebration information was printed on the back, keeping the look very clean. The card and RSVP slid into a black on black custom sleeve, then slid into the outer envelope. A color palette of red, black and white and shades of gray created the a perfect contemporary look.
